About Pasadena Bath & Kitchen

What we do and don't do

Two rooms: bathrooms and kitchens. That covers full remodels, showers and tub-to-shower conversions, cabinets and counters, opening a wall to join the kitchen to the living space, and rebuilding kitchens and baths in homes that took smoke in the Eaton Fire. Ground-up houses, ADUs and smoke cleaning itself are other trades and aren't offered here.

How a quote request works

The form asks for your name, a phone number, the property location and the kind of remodel. That's enough to start. A quote is free and commits you to nothing. The privacy policy says what happens to those details.

How this site is researched

Code requirements come from the City of Pasadena's own Residential Bathroom and Kitchen Remodel handouts and from each neighboring city's building page; Altadena's come from Los Angeles County Public Works. Prices carry their source and date: homecostcheck's and NailThePrice's Pasadena models, a local remodeler's 2026 guide and Fixr's national data, labelled as national. Licensing and contract rules come from the CSLB, fire facts from CAL FIRE, and the 2026 smoke-damage laws from the Governor's office and CalMatters. Pages were last reviewed in October 2026.

Good places to start: the Pasadena remodel permit guide, the guide to hiring a remodeling contractor in California, and the service area page with links to South Pasadena, San Marino, Altadena, La Cañada Flintridge, Sierra Madre. Ready? Request a free quote.
